Ergonomics Checklist

Poor posture and ergonomics are micro-traumas that add up over time. Findings of postural imbalances are never normal!

When seated at your desk

  • Object at about eye level
  • Elbows at about 90°
  • Wrist and hand almost straight
  • Trunk and thighs about 90°
  • Knees at about 90°
  • Legs and feet about 90°

When using a mobile device

  • Object at about eye level
  • Elbows close to body
  • Spine upright (if seated, points above would apply too)
