Ergonomics Checklist
Poor posture and ergonomics are micro-traumas that add up over time. Findings of postural imbalances are never normal!
When seated at your desk

- Object at about eye level
- Elbows at about 90°
- Wrist and hand almost straight
- Trunk and thighs about 90°
- Knees at about 90°
- Legs and feet about 90°
When using a mobile device

- Object at about eye level
- Elbows close to body
- Spine upright (if seated, points above would apply too)
