How it works

1. Opt in and pay.

On the 1st of each month, eligible clients will receive a WhatsApp message. Reply and pay by 12 PM of the next day to opt-in for the month.

 

2. Book your 15-min slots.

Book online to secure your slots during our open adjusting hours*. Book as many as you like, capped at 1 slot per day.

Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.

3. Show up.

Each visit includes a chiropractic check, adjustment (if necessary) and home-care recommendations.

Your 1st monthly visit also includes soft tissue work (e.g., assisted stretching, trigger point therapy).

General Payment Terms

  1. Our office is not affiliated with medical or health insurance companies.
  2. Practice Members who carry any form of medical or health insurance should know that all services rendered by this office are charged directly to the Practice Member.
  3. Payment in full is due and payable at time of service. This office does not carry balances.
  4. If you have insurance that offers Chiropractic benefits and you intend to submit bills, please let us know during your visit and we will provide you with a statement at the time of checkout that you can submit to your insurance provider. We cannot guarantee that bills and claims will be reimbursed by your insurer.

Terms and Conditions for Basic Plan (6 Visits), Plus Plan (12 Visits) and Pro Plan (18 Visits)

  1. Plan is valid for 6 months (Basic, Plus, Pro).
  2. Plan is not transferrable but balance is refundable.
  3. Plan can be shared with up to 3 family members. Family members include only: spouse, children, parents, parents-in-laws, and siblings.
  4. The plans at the Adult rates can be shared with family members who enjoy adult rates or special benefits (Under 21 / Over 65 / Blue CHAS Card Holders).
  5. The plans at the Special rates can be shared with family members who enjoy special benefits (Under 21 / Over 65 / Blue CHAS Card Holders) only.
  6. Plans can be used for any type of visit, including Initial Visits for individuals and family members.
  7. If you have insurance that offers Chiropractic benefits and you intend to submit bills, please note that invoicing would correspond to the amount paid (after discounts, if any) and is not based on prevailing listed Per Visit prices. Separate invoicing can be made at the completion of the Plan and based on the average cost per visit. We cannot guarantee that bills and claims will be reimbursed by your insurer. Our office reserves the right to not issue statements for your insurance provider at our discretion.

  9. Refund for outstanding visit(s) is calculated as follows:
    Amount paid (after discounts, if any) LESS prevailing listed Per Visit prices for visits LESS $20 early termination surcharge.

For instance:
Basic Plan (Regular Visit, 6 Visits): $720
Per Visit Pricing for First Visit: $215
Per Visit Pricing for Regular Visit: $135
Surcharge for early termination: $20

If an adult Practice Member has paid $720 for a Basic Plan (Regular Visit, 6 Visits) and used it for a first visit and 2 regular visits, the refund amount will be: $720 – $215 – $135 – $135 – $20 = $215

If an adult Practice Member has paid $720 for a Basic Plan (Regular Visit, 6 Visits) and used it for 3 regular visits, the refund amount will be: $720 – $135 – $135 – $135 – $20 = $295

Small pre-paid plans/packages enable Practice Members to commit to care affordably, yet allow for flexibility.

3. Are plans refundable?

Yes, we offer partial refunds. See terms for how refunds are calculated.

4. Why is there a surcharge for early termination?

The early termination surcharge is levied for the processing of cancellations and refunds.

5. Are terms subject to change?

We will honour the terms at the time of signing. But new sign-ups are subject to new terms (if any).

6. Can you guarantee that insurance providers will accept claims?

No. We cannot guarantee that bills and claims will be reimbursed by your insurer.

7. Will you always be able to issue statements for my insurance provider?

No. Our office reserves the right to not issue statements for your insurance provider at our discretion.

8. Why do you allow plans to be shared with family members?

We hope for your whole family to benefit from chiropractic care.

9. Will I need to share the plan with family members?

You may wish to use the plan by yourself or share it with up to 3 family members per plan.

Terms and Conditions for Monthly Wellness Memberships

  1. On the 1st of each month, eligible clients will receive a WhatsApp message. Reply and pay by the next day (12 noon) to opt-in for the month.
  2. If there is no reply and/or payment made by the next day (12 noon), the Membership will be offered to the next client on the waiting list.
  3. Memberships are not transferrable and not refundable.
  4. Membership holders can opt out of the Membership anytime. They can always rejoin the waitlist at the prevailing membership rate.
  5. Membership holders will be provided a link to book 15-min appointments during open adjusting days and hours online. They can book as many as they like, capped at 1 slot per day.
  6. There are no appointment reminders and it is good practice to cancel appointments ahead to allow others the chance to book.
  7. Open adjusting hours are subject to change. Typically they would include at least 20 days a month over a mix of weekdays and weekends. The slots will be made known at time of opt-in.
  8. Walk-ins are welcome, subject to availability.
  9. Each 15-min visit includes a chiropractic check, adjustment (if necessary) and home-care recommendations. The 1st monthly visit also includes soft tissue work (e.g., assisted stretching, trigger point therapy).
  10. Soft tissue work is available for subsequent visits in the month at a top-up of $50 nett.

2. Why monthly memberships?

Monthly memberships enable clients to commit to care more affordably. They can be more affordable than our current per-visit or small pre-paid plan offerings but the membership appointments are limited only to open adjusting hours.

We have always advocated for a chiropractic check at least once every 4 to 6 weeks for good spine and nervous system health and hygiene. Those at the initial stages of care or with an acute injury, would benefit from more frequent visits to stabilise spinal function and promote complete healing.

3. When do monthly memberships start?

Monthly memberships start in March 2026.

4. Are plans refundable?

No. You can opt out in the next month. If you do so, you can always rejoin the waitlist at the prevailing membership rate.

5. Is membership open to the public yet?

Yes!

6. Why are there only a limited number of memberships available?

We want to ensure there are available slots for booking each month.

7. Why do I need to reply by 12 noon of the next day to opt in?

This is so we can offer the membership to the next client on the waiting list as early as possible.

8. Why are open adjusting days and hours so limited?

We are currently only able to commit these many days and hours. Based on response and feedback, we will periodically revise and review our office processes to meet the needs of our clients.

9. I am not available during open adjusting days and hours. What can I do?

If the current open adjusting days and hours do not work for you, please consider our existing options like pay as you use, or small pre-paid plans.

10. Are open adjusting days and hours subject to change?

Yes, but we strive to limit frequent and drastic changes. The slots available for the month will be shared at time of opt-in for you to make an informed decision. Times when our office will be closed will also be made known ahead.

Based on response and feedback, we will periodically revise and review our office processes to meet the needs of our clients. There would typically include at least 20 days a month over a mix of weekdays and weekends.

11. How many slots can I book a month?

Book as many as you like, capped at 1 slot per day. We will check your spine each visit but there might not be a need for adjustments, which is a good thing. Remember, people don’t get well from adjustments, they get well from holding their adjustments.

If you are unable to show up for your appointment, it’s good practice to cancel them ahead to allow others the chance to book. Persistent no-shows without prior cancellation may result in the revoking of your membership.

12. What is the recommended frequency of visits?

We have always advocated for a chiropractic check at least once every 4 to 6 weeks for good spine and nervous system health and hygiene. At the end of each visit, based on your progress and/or goals, we would recommend the date of your next visit. You can always choose to come in more or less frequently than recommended.

13. Can I walk in without making a prior booking?

Sure, walk-ins are welcome during open adjusting days and hours, subject to availability. Priority will be given to those who have made an online appointment.

14. Can I expect to be seen on time every time?

We will try our best to run on time but we seek your understanding that we may run overtime at times.

15. When can I book my slots?

Slots will open for booking on the first of each month. The booking link would be shared via WhatsApp.

16. Are there appointment reminders?

There are no appointment reminders. Please remember your appointments and cancel as necessary.

Yes, we will be happy to issue an invoice for your first visit of the month.

21. Can you guarantee that insurance providers will accept claims?

No. We cannot guarantee that bills and claims will be reimbursed by your insurer.

22. Will you always be able to issue statements for my insurance provider?
